Turkey’s largest innovation gathering, Turkey Innovation Week 2025, once again brought together innovative ideas, technological advancements, and projects shaping a sustainable future. As the Efor IP delegates, we attended the event as visitors to closely follow the latest developments in the sector and to meet with leading representatives from the business world.
Organized under the coordination of the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly (TİM), Turkey Innovation Week was held in Istanbul again this year with a large turnout. The event highlighted topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainable production, advanced technology, R&D, innovation, and intellectual and industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights). In this innovative atmosphere, we had the opportunity to closely observe the ideas that will shape the future of the sector and to evaluate collaboration opportunities.
Turkey Innovation Week became not only a platform for showcasing innovations, but also a strategic meeting point where ideas shaping the future of business were shared. Panels, startup presentations, and innovation exhibitions held throughout the event provided valuable insights into global trends.
This year, Turkey Innovation Week, held for the 12th time, focused on critical future topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, digital transformation, and creative industries under the theme “Tomorrow: Now.” The event featured over 120 international speakers, including an inspiring presentation on leadership by legendary football referee Pierluigi Collina and notable sessions such as unicorn entrepreneurship strategies by Gerard Grech from Cambridge University. Furthermore, the return of the digital character “Inno” to the stage after a seven-year hiatus and Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı’s contribution to the opening panel enriched the event.
