Efor IP Law delegates attended AIPPI World Congress 2022.
AIPPI organizes annual events for its members every year. These events are great opportunities for seeing IP Practitioners from all over the world and to discuss possible ways of cooperation between colleagues/companies and actual topics in Intellectual Property.
The annual AIPPI World Congress is an important organization in the year when members from all around the world come together to discuss hot topics in Intellectual Property.
As AIPPI members, we met again to determine the outcomes of the IP study topics. As IP experts from different countries, we exchanged views on various areas of intellectual property.
In 2021 – 2022, the four questions under study are:
- Q280 – Patentability of Diagnostic Methods
- Q281 – Trademarks and the internet and social media
- Q282 – Moral rights
- Q283 – Protection of trade secrets during litigation and other proceedings.
